Eurotorg disproves information spread across some mass media and Telegram channels on the alleged purchase of its retail chain by the Russian retailer Magnit. We are not in any negotiations about selling our store chain and any rumours circulating about this are untrue.

The Company is growing organically and has a strong financial position confirmed by international rating agencies.

We are strengthening our leadership in the Belarusian grocery retail market, as the Company continues to expand in accordance with the strategy of a multi-format retailer and expect that by September 2021 the network will have over 1,000 stores.
