S&P Global Ratings withdraws Eurotorg’s credit ratings

Eurotorg LLC (“Eurotorg” or the “Company”), the largest grocery retailer in Belarus, announces that on 21 December 2022 international credit rating agency S&P Global Ratings (S&P) has withdrawn the Company’s 'SD/SD' long/short-term issuer credit ratings and its 'D' issue rating on the U.S. dollar-denominated Eurobonds, at the Сompany's request.
