EUROTORG REPORTS ON THE FULFILLMENT OF ITS OBLIGATIONS TO HOLDERS OF EUROBONDS

Eurotorg LLC (“Eurotorg” or the “Company”) announces that coupon payment to the holders of the Company's LPN Eurobonds was carried out on April 22, 2022.

On 22 October 2020, Eurotorg placed five-year Eurobond issue, raising USD 300 mn. The coupon rate was set at 9.00% per annum and is paid semi-annually. The next coupon payment is due 22 October 2022.
