20 June 2019Bonitron Designated Activity Company (“Boniton”) announces today that, Eurotorg LLC (“Eurotorg”), the Borrower under the U.S.$350,000,000.00 8.75 per cent. Loan Participation Notes due 2022 (XS1577952010) issued by Bonitron (the “Notes”) issued by Bonitron, completed the following buy-back programmes for available Notes, that were announced previously (together, the "Buy-Back Programmes"):
a. programme announced on November 26, 2018 at the maximum amount of U.S.$ 20,000,000 during the period commencing on 26.11.2018 and ending on 31.12.2018;
b. programme announced on January 2, 2019 at the maximum amount of U.S.$ 30,000,000 during the period commencing on 02.01.2019 and ending on 28.02.2019;
c. programme announced on March 1, 2019 at the maximum amount of U.S.$ 20,000,000 during the period commencing on 01.03.2019 and ending on 30.04.2019;
d. programme announced on May 20, 2019 at the maximum amount of U.S.$ 20,000,000 during the period commencing on 20.05.2019 and ending on 10.06.2019.
As at the date of this announcement, following open market repurchases by Eurotorg, including under the Buy-Back Programmes, U.S.$ .$340,361,000 in the aggregate principal amount of the Notes remains outstanding of which U.S.$53,517,000 are held by Eurotorg.
