2 January 2019Bonitron Designated Activity Company (“Bonitron”) announces that Eurotorg LLC (“Eurotorg”), the Borrower under the U.S.$350,000,000 8.75 per cent. Loan Participation Notes due 2022 (XS1577952010) (whereof U.S.$340,361,000 remain outstanding of which U.S.$32,775,000 are held by Eurotorg) issued by Bonitron (the “Notes”), is commencing a buyout programme for available Notes at the maximum amount of U.S.$ 30,000,000 during the period commencing on 02.01.2019 and ending on 28.02.2019. Notes purchased will be cancelled or held in treasury.
Eurotorg entered into an investment services agreement with Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited (“RenCap”) under which RenCap will, for and on behalf of Eurotorg, execute orders to purchase the Notes in the open market or by a private agreement.
